She is a certified Yoga Instructor, Aromatherapist, and Herbalist. She has studied horticulture in conjunction with the research of sustainable growing practices and conservation.
She feels that her journey through all these disciplines has given her a well rounded perspective on how to nurture the human to flora relationship. She hopes that she can help guide others by showing them the potential in grounding their spirit in nature so that they may feel less stress, peace, and an overall sense of well-being.
